Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday via USPS. Typical delivery and processing time is 7-10 days. Delivery times may vary as orders ship from more than one location and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Replacements
At Ecigazon our customers come first. We have a 30 Day Guarantee for all E-Cig Batteries and 15 Day Guarentee on all atomizers. We guarantee that when your item arrives it will be in working condition. We will accept any item you have purchased from us for replacement that is not working correctly. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order on arrival.
